This policy outlines the terms for the Wine Confidence Program and retail purchases.

Wine Confidence Program: Billing and Shipping

Your first payment starts your subscription and kicks off delivery of Kit 1 of 8, the Wine Enthusiast Starter Kit. From there, each kit follows the same rhythm: you're billed around the first of the month, and that kit ships within two business days of the charge. We pause shipments during the vacation months of December and July, so nothing bills in those months.

Wine Confidence Program: Cancellation Terms

You can cancel anytime, no explanation needed. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid that shipment's charge. Your Savvy Llama Bottle Club access ends immediately when you cancel.

Refunds and Returns

Canceling your subscription stops future shipments and billing — it doesn't automatically refund kits you've already received. Standard 30-day return terms apply to any kit already shipped: see our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy for how to request one. Damaged or incorrect orders get a replacement, not a refund.
