This policy outlines the terms for The Membership (Savvy Llama Wine Savoir-Faire Fundamentals Program) and retail purchases.

The Membership Policy

When is the Membership billed and kits shipped?

Your first payment is collected at enrollment. Ongoing billing is prorated and occurs on the 15th of the month, with kits shipping on the first of the following month, until all eight kits are delivered. We pause deliveries during peak travel months for our members, with no kits shipped in December or July.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to the terms below.

Timing Your Cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must complete your cancellation before your next billing date.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Membership fees that have already been processed are non-refundable
  • Canceling your membership does not entitle you to refunds for kits that have already shipped or are in progress

Prepaid Memberships

If you prepaid for your membership, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining balance based on the number of unused months.

Account Terminations

Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations or misuse of services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
