SHIPPING POLICY

One-Time Purchases with Free Standard Shipping Option

Processing Time: Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Shipping Cost: Free standard U.S. shipping.

Availability: Currently shipping within the contiguous United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Delivery Time frame: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after shipment.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order status in your account.

One-Time Purchases using Expedited Shipping Options

If your order is placed by 4 PM EST, we’ll do our best to have your beautifully curated kit on its way the same day. On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may slightly delay shipment.

Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If you have an urgent situation, please call us at (301) 683-9192 and we’ll do our best to process the expedited shipment on the same day.

The Membership

Shipping Cost: Free standard U.S. shipping included with membership.

Availability: Membership is only available to individuals residing within the contiguous United States at this time. International shipping coming soon.

Delivery Schedule: The Membership includes 8 lesson kits delivered across 12 months, shipped every 4-8 weeks. We pause deliveries during peak travel months for our members, with no shipments in December or July.

Ship Date: Kits ship during the first week of each applicable month.

Commitment: By signing up, you commit to receiving all 8 lesson kit deliveries across the 12-month membership period.

Damaged Kits & Replacements

If a lesson kit arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact operations@savvyllamawine.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged kit to request a replacement.

We do not process exchanges for lesson kits unless they are damaged upon arrival.

How to Request Replacements: Email operations@savvyllamawine.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, Savvy Llama LLC is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
