RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Savvy Llama Wine, we want you to have a great experience with our products. Please review our policy below, which varies based on your purchase type and situation.

Retail Purchases (Individual Kits & Sets)

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:

We offer exchanges, returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned unused and in original condition
  • All components must be complete and intact
  • Sealed items must remain unopened and in original packaging

Items that show signs of use, or kits with opened or removed sealed components, are not eligible.

To request, please email operations@savvyllamawine.com within 30 days of purchase date and include:

  • The order number or purchaser full name.
  • A brief note of your request so that we may issue a return shipping label.

Process:

  • The item must be shipped back within 10 business days of return shipping label issuance
  • Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, a store credit or refund will be issued for the amount paid for the item, excluding any original shipping fees.

Please note:

  • Exchanges are processed as store credit
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact operations@savvyllamawine.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

Please note: We provide replacements for damaged items, not refunds.

Shipping-Related Issues

Please contact us at membership@savvyllamawine.com with any shipping issues, we want to ensure you receive your kit. You may also refer to the Shipping Policy for details. 

Corporate Gifting and Events

For corporate gifting and event orders, exchange terms are outlined separately within your order agreement.
